At 9:15 tonight I j...I'm so happy to see this. At 9:15 tonight I just heard a Whip-poor-will here where I live. I looked on the internet to try to find the words to this song. Before she passed in 2010, I was at home with my mother, helping her out. One summer, we had a Whip-poor-will in the field by the house, singing away at about 9:10 p.m. for 10 minutes, on every clear night for about a week. We'd listen for it, then when it was done, we'd sing this song she knew, together. I never found out how she knew that song. A very, very special memory. Thanks for posting it on the web!
